Account Settings

Manage your social connections, store, email DNS, SMS sender, brand details, profile, billing, and team members.

Your account settings control your profile, brand configuration, social connections, team management, and billing. Settings are organized into tabs based on your user role and subscription plan.

Accessing Account Settings

Main Navigation

  1. Log in to Get Shouting
  2. Click on your Display Name in the far right of the navigation bar
  3. You will see tabs based on your role and plan

Account Navigation

1. Social & Brand Settings

Configure your Brand identity (name, color, logo, URL), connect social media accounts, connect your e-commerce store (Shopify, WooCommerce, or Etsy), configure your Email CRM sender and custom domain (DNS), set up your SMS sender, customize AI prompts (Pro & Agency), add users to Brands (Pro & Agency), and refer friends for a free month.

Required Role: Admin or Super Admin | Plans: All plans (Email CRM and SMS require Email CRM plan)

2. Agency

Manage multiple Brands under one Agency account. Invite, add, or remove users and set their roles

Required Role: Admin or Super Admin | Plans:Agency & Enterprise only

3. Team

Invite users, manage roles, and control team access within your current brand.

4. My Profile

Manage your personal account information and referral program participation.

User Roles

User

Create and publish shouts, view analytics, access Library and Store, view My Profile. Cannot change account settings, invite users, or manage billing.

Admin

All User permissions plus: access Social & Brand Settings, change brand settings, connect social accounts, manage AI prompts, access Team tab (Team+ plans), access Agency tab (Agency/Enterprise), invite users. Cannot access Billing or assign Super Admin.

Super Admin

All Admin permissions plus: access Billing, manage billing and subscriptions, cancel subscription, assign Super Admin role to others.

Troubleshooting

"I don't see a tab I need"

Possible reasons: role restriction (you may be a User) or plan restriction. Contact your brand's Admin or Super Admin to elevate your role or perform the task. Upgrade your plan in the Billing tab (Super Admin only).

"Changes aren't saving"

Verify you have the correct role, check for error messages below fields, refresh the page, try a different browser, or contact support.
