What is Get Shouting?
Get Shouting is an AI-powered marketing automation suite for e-commerce, small businesses, and agencies. We make it super easy to generate posts from a URL, your store inventory, or craft by hand. We have all the tools and functionality you need including Social Marketing, Email Marketing, Automated CRM, drag-and-drop AI-optimized Scheduling, a centralized Social Inbox, and Actionable Analytics which provide an analysis and actionable tips and let you dive deep on individual posts, emails, and platforms. We save you hours of manual work generating posts, ads, and emails while optimizing your reach.
You can post text, images, videos, and any combination of these the individual platforms allow. We currently support Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
Emails can be sent as stand-alone Email Campaigns, automated as part of your CRM, or both. You can leverage the Content and Design Templates to ensure that your emails are always on-brand and personalized. The editor is intuitive and allows you to craft by hand, use a template, or use AI-assist to generate from any URL with your own custom prompts.
Automated CRM Journeys automatically connect to your Shopify or WooCommerce store, and can send email and SMS to your contacts based on their realtime store behavior. The Journey Builder is intuitive and allows you to build and customize when and how you reach your customers. Messages are always on-brand with our Content and Design Templates. No coding required. Email Campaigns and CRM messages are automatically segmented based on user behavior and preferences to ensure you're always reaching the right people at the right time.

Key Concepts
- Shout: A set of posts or ads (one per platform) sharing the same content theme. All posts and ads are optimized for each individual platform's best practices. We format all your images, videos, and text, and then we schedule for the optimal times to post to each platform. Each platform has unique constraints, which we handle so you never have to worry about whether your post will be rejected or not. We give you total control to edit Your content on the Preview page which we detail for regular posts and ads.
- Post: A single post or ad for a specific platform. Each post or ad can have assets (images/videos), copy, hashtags, and CTA.
- Assets: Images and videos used in your posts. Assets can come from your library, store products, or URLs.
- CRM: CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It is a system for managing your relationships with your customers. It is a way to track your customers and their interactions with your business. In our case, it refers to the Email and SMS CRM features which allow you to manage and message your Contacts and Segments based on your CRM Journeys.
- Contacts: Individual email addresses or phone numbers that you have collected from your website, store, or other channels. They are stored in your Contacts list and can be segmented and targeted with Email Campaigns and SMS messages.
- Segments: Segments are groups of contacts that share common characteristics. They are used to target Email Campaigns and SMS messages. Segments are created based on user behavior like top spenders, frequent spenders, purchased after contacted, etc. Pro & Agency users can also create your own custom segments based on your own criteria.
- CRM Journey: A CRM Journey is an automated flow based on user behavior with your store. Based on the behaviors you set up (several are included free, out of the box), targeted email and SMS messages are sent to your contacts based on their behavior. Journeys are created using the Journey Builder and can be triggered by a variety of events like a purchase, abandoned cart, shipping notification, or a custom event. They are driven by triggers from your Shopify or WooCommerce store.
Creating Your Account
Registration is two steps: first your email, then your password and terms — so we can verify your address before you finish setup.
- Go to getshouting.app/auth/register
- Step 1: Enter your email address and continue.
- Step 2: Create a password (at least 9 characters), review and accept the terms and conditions, and complete signup.
- Verify your email. If you don't see our verification email, check your Spam, Social, or Update folders.
- Once verified, you will be able to log in using your credentials, and you will be taken on a guided tour of the navigation and key features.

Main Navigation

- + Create — Start a new Shout or Ad Shout (create content from URL, store products, or manual crafting). This 3-step flow includes the type of Shout (regular posts or ads) and method (generate from URL or store--Pro & Agency users can create unlimited custom AI prompts--or craft manually), an editing stage (Preview page), and a scheduling stage where you can pick a specific day and time, or use our AI-optimized timing.
- Brand Selector — If you are on an Agency plan and have access to more than one brand, you can switch between brands using the drop down selector. Each Brand is completely isolated from the other Brands, so all Shouts, Ads, Assets, Inbox, Analytics, etc. are completely separate.
- Email & SMS CRM — When enabled for your plan, use the app navigation to manage Email Campaigns, Automated CRM Journeys, Contacts, SMS, and Content & Design Templates. Overview: Email & SMS CRM.
- Inbox — Centralized social inbox where you can view all your notifications from your connected platforms. You can reply to comments and messages from this page. The little green dot in the top right corner of the Inbox menu item indicates you have new social notifications.
- Schedule — Drag-and-drop calendar view of scheduled Shouts, Ads, and Emails where you can change the scheduling any time you want. You can also cancel / delete a Shout, Ad, or Email from this page.
- Analyze — Social performance, plus Email and CRM metrics when Email & SMS CRM is enabled: campaigns, journeys, and cross-channel reporting in one place. Pro & Agency users can download PDF reports and receive scheduled report emails. See also Email & SMS analytics.
- Shouts — View and manage your Shouts (drafts and published); edit, schedule, duplicate, or delete your Shouts from here. You can also get detailed analytics for each Shout.
- Ads — Available to Pro & Agency users. Like the My Shouts page, but for your Ads. View and manage your Ads (drafts and published); edit, schedule, duplicate, or delete your Ads from here. You can also get detailed analytics for each Ad.
- Store — Create Shouts or Ads (Pro & Agency users) directly from your store listings. We use your images, descriptions, and pricing to generate your Shouts and Ads. We also suggest posts based on your inventory.
- Assets — Your media library (images, videos). You can upload or delete your own assets here. Assets can be reused in as many Shouts or Ads as you desire. Assets can be renamed for easier searching.
- Account — Account settings are accessed by clicking on your display name. Hovering over your name also displays a "Sign Out" button. If there is a green dot in the top-right corner of your name, when you hover, you will also see which posts have been published and when.

In the Account section, you can edit your Settings, social platform connections, Brand settings, store connections (Shopify or WooCommerce), personal profile, billing.
Pro & Agency users can add or remove team members, Agency users can add or delete additional Brands.
