How to Use Schedule
Plan and publish your posts with our drag-and-drop calendar.
The Schedule page provides a calendar view of all your scheduled shouts. Use it to visualize your content calendar, reschedule posts, and ensure consistent publishing.
Calendar View
- Views: Month, Week, and Day views are available. You can switch between views by selecting the dropdown that is next to the name of the currently displayed month.
Month View: Month view provides an overall view of the month. You can drag Shouts to reschedule them for different days, or delete them.
Week View: Week view provides a view of a given week. You can drag individual posts to reschedule them for different days or times, or delete them.
Day View: Day view provides a view of a given day. You can drag individual posts to reschedule them for different days or times, or delete them. - Recent Shouts: A list of your most recently created Shouts is under the small month view. You can drag these Shouts to the calendar to schedule them for a specific day. When you drag a Shout onto a day, it is automatically scheduled for the AI-optimized times for all the posts in your Shout. If you want to adjust individual post times, you can switch to the Week or Day view and drag the posts to the new time.
